Hunting and Stalking the Deer by Lionel Edwards and Harold Wallace with a  rare dust-wrapper. A hard-cover with blue boards. Published by Longmans and Green in 1927. The dust-wrapper has a wonderful tipped-in picture on the front. The picture has a faint scratch across it.The spine is darkened and the cover shows slight soiling but is overall in very good condition. The free-front and rear pages show some toning. The side and bottom of the text block are rough cut and show the usual spotting.The top edge is gilt. There is occasional light spotting and toning through the book. The front board is slightly bowed.There are 8 colour pictures all with their labelled tissue guards. there are numerous black and whiten illustrations. Overall a very good copy. A big book.
