Cover shows light wear with bumping to corners and top and bottom of the spine. New end-papers. Very early and last pages some obvious foxing seen on the title page in particular and on the tissue guard for the clean coloured frontspiece (8mm tear top of page). The foxing seems common to all of these editions.The page edges are rough cut. the book has numerous delightful illustrations, some coloured and the majority black and white. Overall avery good copy with a tight binding.
